Sharing a Flextone III for a gig - we each have our own FBV
by Filthymitten on 2012-08-24 14:44:44

Playing a split bill tomorrow where the guitar player in the other band and I both play through Flex III's....my question is this ...

Do the boards store the tones? In other words, will a simple switch of my board with his allow me to play my tones through his amp and vica versa ?

I am assuming yes...but want to make sure before we go live

Thanks !

No, the amp stores the tones, the floorboard is just a switching device.  Changing foot cotrollers will not give access to different patches.

Cheers,
