Channel Knob thingy on Spider IV broke
on 2012-09-15 11:28:35.2520
I took my Spider IV 120 to a friend's house, and when it was in the car it fell flat on its front. The knob became weird where you had to push it in a little bit to scroll with it normally and the left arrow on the directional pad also requires you to push down hard to get that arrow to work. I was checking it out the other day and lightly pulled on the knob and it popped out, where you can see like, a quarter inch of whatever's behind the knob, and you really have to push on it for it to scroll. What should I do? I mainly stick to the same custom settings and use the preset buttons to go through them, but this is gonna really hurt on effects and stuff. I bought it used over a year ago.

Sounds like you will need to bring it to an authorized service center for replacement of the now-damaged controls.
The information above may not be current, and you should direct questions to the current forum or review the manual.
