POD HD vs. HD Pro for live applications
by Defo on 2012-11-27 09:03:48

Hello!

Is it possible to use the POD HD in live applications, both directly to the PA system or guitar amp, with equal results as a HD Pro?

Sincerely,

Petter

Yes, except for the restricted set of i/o capabilities with the HD vs. the HD Pro (e.g. no VDI input, no XLR outputs, ...)

With the exception of some extra connection and routing options.

The Bean doesn't have an FX loop, Variax input, L6 Link.

Thanks for the replies!

What about the output level switches on the HD Pro? Is there anything similar on the POD HD?

Nope, the POD HD bean does not have the level switches.
