Now My POD HD isn't Working

I'm getting very frustrated with Line 6 products. I have owned a Pod HD500 for about a year, it is my main rig. I just bought a Variax, had to return one, and am waiting on a replacement battery for the 2nd. Today my HD500 USB won't working, no matter what I try my Mac won't recognize the POD HD500....any ideas?

Does everything boot up okay?

Can you hear the processed signal from the headphone out?

If it is not working then you will hear nothing.

If it is a computer recognizing the use connection then I know very little about Macs.

But you could try unistalling reinstalling the drivers etc.
