You should be fine. Even though Line6 does recommends higher impedance, it is just that, a recommendation. I use a set of Sony MDR 7506 with a UX2, PODxt, and POD HD and they sound great.  YMMV. If you don't alreay know, studio headphones are meant to be as flat as possible, so if you are used to consumer headphones that exaggerate the bass, it  may take some getting used to.

thank you so much for your advice! Actually, I would make a chioce on K240s or K99 (impedance 32Ω), and I worry about ux1 cannot drive K240s very well without a headphone amp.

If it's fine, I prefer K240s.

I take it you are not going into a mixer?

I can't say for sure, but I doubt you'll have problems with th UX driving them.

Maybe there's a return policy where you are purchasing them.

Worse case scenario you add an amp or mixer.

mixer? you mean mixing console?

no, I do not have mixer, K240s will plug in UX1 directly and UX1 connects my conputer by USB.

so, in this situation, there will be problems? so If I am not going to buy amp or mixer, K99 will be better choice for me?
