No Amp?? For Acoustic
by pokemonroe on 2013-03-09 09:23:53.1770

I have set up some acoustic tones using no amp model on my HD400. But when I switch patches and back or use the tuner and come back, it muffles the tone. If I hit the A switch and turn the amp model on and then off again it clears up and sounds like before. It seems that the amp model is not really turned off completely. Any suggestions as how to resolve this.

when it sounds like you want it, hit save twice... it sounds like it's reverting to saved settings...

not sure if that will help... but one of the first things i would try.

Saving it does the same thing as when I switch presets. As soon as I save, the sound is muffled until I turn the amp model on then back off again.

Are you connected to the Line 6 edit program?

I've tried both ways. Using PODHD400 edit or doing it on the unit without it connected to computer via USB. It makes no difference.
