The 6120 was the first of several models that Gretsch® developed with country guitar whiz Chet Atkins. The 6120 is usually associated the "twangy" sounds of players like Duane Eddy, Eddie Cochran, and Brian Setzer, but Pete Townsend found his 6120 perfect for the crushing power chords of "Who's Next." This particular specimen is equipped with Filtertron hum-canceling pickups designed by Ray Butts.
