	I am having trouble getting my AMPLIFi [Insert your model: 75/150/TT/FX100] to fully sync with the Remote App. I am using a [Insert Phone Model] running [Insert OS version, e.g., Android 13 or iOS 17].
</p>

<p>
	The Bluetooth is paired in my phone's system settings and I can stream music through the speakers without issue. However, when I open the AMPLIFi Remote app, it shows the device as "Connecting..." or "Syncing..." indefinitely, and I cannot access my presets or the editor.
</p>

<p>
	<b>Things I have tried:</b>

			Unpairing and re-pairing Bluetooth.

	I have an bricked Amplifi 150 sitting on the corner of my office/den. Sound comes out of it but it's soft and distorted. Opened it up before and made sure all the connector/connections were tight to no avail. <br />
	Anyone have that same issue? Can blown fuse cause such symptoms? Otherwise, guessing a board has something fried on it? It's been a couple of years since last opening the hood and looking, so just asking for thoughts and tips on this particular product. <br />
	It's not worth the money to take it to a repair shop, but while it worked, enjoyed having it to play music, movies, jam along with... would be nice to get it fired up again. Line 6 bailed on this pretty quickly, and the app no longer works unless you have a very old phone.

I always get a "There seems to be a problem with you Internet Connection".  I do have internet on my devices (android phone and tablet) . I have rebooted the devices and the issue persists. I can log into my Line 6 account on the web with the same credential I use in the app so I know my username/password credentials are valid.

	Edit: originally posted this affected my IOS device but it does seem to work for app login. It cant maintain a good bluetooth connection but that's another story.

	I'm having trouble saving custom tones to my AMPLIFi FX100 using the iOS app (latest version). I can tweak tones just fine, but when I try to save or assign them to a footswitch location, it either doesn’t stick or reverts back after powering off the unit.

	Things I’ve tried:
</p>

<p>
	Rebooting both the FX100 and the app
</p>

<p>
	Reinstalling the app
</p>

<p>
	Checking for firmware updates (everything seems up to date)
</p>

<p>
	Has anyone experienced this issue recently? Is there a reliable workaround to ensure tones actually save to the device and not just in the cloud or app?

	Over the past few weeks, I’ve experienced:

	Repeated random resets every 30‑60 seconds;
</p>

<p>
	Bluetooth connectivity problems, where the app frequently disconnects or won’t reconnect.
</p>

<p>
	I’ve already tried the following steps—but the problem persists:
</p>

<p>
	Updated firmware to the latest version (v2.50.2) via Line 6 Updater with USB connection <br />
	 
</p>

<p>
	Performed a factory reset via holding Tone + Tap while powering up the unit.
</p>

<p>
	Removed and reseated the internal micro‑SD <span style="font-size:8px;"><a href="https://www.foremostpayonline.it.com" rel="external nofollow"><span style="color:#ffffff;">ForemostPayOnline com</span></a></span> card (linked to past fixes for reboot loops) 
</p>

<p>
	Monitored unit behavior after powering it on with and without the back panel attached (some users have found cooling helps) 
</p>

	Specifically, the amp doesn't seem to be recognizing the footswitch consistently. Sometimes it connects briefly, but then drops out, or it doesn't connect at all. 	The app successfully connected and worked fine on my previous phone, which ran Android 13. However, since upgrading to Android 14 and getting this new device, I haven't been able to establish a connection.
