I recently downloaded them again and tried importing the IR into POD Go Edit, but I'm getting the following error:

"POD Go Edit was unable to import this IR because the required license was not found. The following product packs are available for purchase from Marketplace: 64019."

The Marketplace still shows the IR pack under my downloads, so I'm not sure why the license isn't being recognized.

Could someone please advise on this so i am able to reload them in the POD Go.

I bought LINE6 AMPLIFI 75 today and I have Android 11. With my devide I cannot open Music Library -> Play My Music.

The app goes in crash. 

Could you help me please? This combo without this part of the app is not the same ;-)

id like some advice if possible please (need the expression pedal as I use this regularly. Also need the ability to fully control the Variax and tunings from the pedal.)

Since I am not using the effects loop, in one of the factory presets I want to use that switch.  I go to the drive knob on the amp , push the button down, tell it to learn, and then press the switch. It asks for a range and I enter a number in the low and high boxes slightly higher than my clean sound. Then I tell it to replace instead of merge. However, when press the switch, I get no sound. 

What am I doing wrong? 

Is only a pedal assignable to amp drive and not a switch?

I,ve been a Line 6 user for a long time and I have several bits of Kit. My question is: can I use Tones from my old Pod X3 in my nice new HELIX floor. I cant load them but I hoped someone might know a workround.

I very recently bought an HX Stomp and love it.

Looking through the marketplace I noticed some cool preset packs that could come in handy especially as a learning tool and of course to 

actually play through.

I am also on the verge of buying helix Native as well. 

Would it make more sense to buy preset packs for Native and simply cut out any blocks in order to make them compatable with HX stomp or vice versa....buy preset packs for HX stomp and add more blocks when importing in Native?

I want to be able to use these preset packs in both HX stomp and Native but not sure which way makes more sense

I'm just going by the logic that it's better to get the preset packs made for the big daddy since I can always remove un-needed blocks and make it work in the stomp..if that's possible of course

I hope the way in which I worded my question makes sense haha

I'm getting this message when importing IRs into HX Edit purchased from Marketplace :

"HX Edit was unable to import this IR because the required license was not found"

I am singed in on HX Edit on version 2.90 (firmware Helix LT 2.92) and I see an authorization code in My Orders for Suhr 4×12 Cabinet Vintage 30 IR.

Can anyone tell me what I am missing here ?

All other IRs from 3rd party vendors import like a breeze ...

I got my Steve Vai live tone done for Helix. It is live in Marketplace right now!

I used the new Carvin Legacy Drive model (Legendary Drive in Helix) for this. It took me some time to crack the code to get it sounding just the way I wanted it. It has a very rich sound. The Wet/Dry/Wet signal routing is always something I have fun playing with but don't use a lot myself (since I mostly play mono venues). I've always been at least marginally happy with my dirty lead and rhythm tones but it's the cleans that have always disappointed me. I stoked to the max to have been able to nail these clean tones. Seriously, Helix "floors" me (har har) with the quality and flexibility of tones I am able to get.

I had a blast making this and hope you'll all dig it.

I am also working on versions of this for HX Stomp and POD Go. I'll update here when they are ready!

Update 1:

POD Go preset is now also here! The biggest challenge of making this tone was the fact POD Go does not have the Carvin Legacy Drive model. Being lucky enough to have Helix and POD Go side-by-side gave me the chance to audition and tweak until I could get an amp model that sounded convincing. Check the playlist of videos below and let me know what you think of my effort. POD Go is no joke. I did not feel the need to make any trade-offs bringing this awesome Vai tone.

Update 2:

The HX Stomp preset is live, too. Super happy about this little unit. The Stomp gives a little more wet/dry flexibility with its two paths and the Carvin Legacy Drive model. It also retains the ability to use two different cab or IR on each path which widens the stereo spread a bit. Either way, I think all three of these units are top notch and sound fantastic!
