  1. A question: where do I click for common FAQs and basic information?

  2. Please get rid of the "Click here for common faqs and basic information" side popup on mobile. It makes the forum unusable now on my Samsung phone. It covers up text on the right side of the screen and is impossible to dismiss.

  3. Simple Pitch module, set to -12 or +12. Control with foot pedal for whammy effect.

  4. Karl this is a non-logical thread and you are just confusing them with facts. They like the tuner. End of story. ; )

  5. Black stripe a bad idea. Been on the forum for 3 years. I don't need FAQS or basic info. I want my full screen back!

  8. Guitar > HX Effects Input > Setup blocks of effects that normally go in front of an amp such as comps, overdrives, etc.... Insert an LOOP Block in the HX Effects > Send that loop out to the input of your amp Effects Send from your amp to the RETURN of the loop in on the HX Effects > Setup blocks of effects that normally go in the loop of an amp such as delays, reverbs, etc... Output of the HX Effects into the effects loop RETURN on your amp. Doing that will limit your HX Effects to 8 effects, and 1 Loop Block... (9 blocks total) Hope that is what you are after.

  9. Interesting- I don't seem to have that and you do. I'm thinking the same thing happened with the tuner... Now if we could just get that nice one you are using.

  10. The Helix tuner is the first and ONLY tuner that I've ever had to even CONSIDER whether I "like" it or not. That should say it all right there. A guitar tuner has always been a "no-brainer". They just WORK. The fact that there are threads like this and endless debate kinda shows that the Helix one is falling short.

  11. You should look at one Phil. It would change your definition on what a good tuner acts, feels and looks like. No, jumpiness makes for jumpiness... Please get that Line-6 brown stuff off the end of yer nose Hamm... ; )

  12. Coincidental this thread just popped up again. During band rehearsal this very evening my bass player looked over at me tuning using the Helix and said, and I quote "That is the jumpiest tuner I have ever seen, how do you tune on that thing?". Yes I have the tuner input set to only "Guitar" and I explained to him how to keep his eye primarily on the bottom bar instead of the top. Still... when the instability on the tuner is so evident that other players in the band notice and comment on how poorly the tuner is behaving it is definitely an issue . I use the Helix exclusively for live performance due to its embarrassment of riches in other departments but for the love of all things musical, please fix the bloody tuner already.

  13. I solved the entire Helix tuner problem. It was easy! Here's my solution and it will work for everyone: I took $3,600 and bought a Gibson Les Paul Standard HP with the G-Force robo-tuners. Now I'm always in tune.

  15. Tuner in helix is awful, it even reacts on tone knob! All previous PODs has better tuners..
