  1. TO all those that work at line 6 in Calabasas, Thank you for your continued efforts in making quality products for musicians. Please stay safe today as the fires rage through your area.

  2. Thanks for the reply. I fixed it in the meantime. Just opend up the pedal and turned the volume volume potentiometera bit and now it seems to work. Not the most quality volume potentiometer but for home use its ok.

  3. Hey all: Being in Sonoma County and having survived the fires here last year (as well as the pea soup smoke we're currently experiencing with the Butte fire), I wanted to send y'alls some love. Be safe, be alert, and keep it real. I hope to hear that everybody (and everything) made it through okay.

  4. May I add my vote of support too. Never been near a wildfire - but I too want to know you are all safe. Sounds like you've done the right thing by moving away - best wishes to you and all your neighbours...

  6. I have a similar issue here, but with a bit of a twist... I have a footswitch assigned to both a volume block and a pitch whammy block. I can get the switch to toggle between the two blocks (one goes off, the other comes on) by setting one on and one off then saving BUT I want the footswitch light to be ON when the whammy block is on and OFF when the volume block is on. No matter what state things are in when I save, it always ends up the other way around, i.e. light on when volume is on, light off when whammy is on. What am I missing? EDIT: Problem solved, sharing for others to see if needed. The solution is SO intuitive I missed it completely.... It seems that when multiple blocks are assigned to a switch, the light follows the block that is active in the bottom section of the screen. So all I had to do was touch the switch until the Whammy was shown on screen, then save the patch. Works perfectly.

  7. My HX Stomp arrived yesterday. I actually like the Deluxe Phaser. It's not the same as a Phase 100, but set on 10 stages it's close enough for gigs and practice. I might keep the MXR for recording. I'm using it for bass, and the Deluxe Phaser retains the low end. The Script phaser doesn't.

  8. Thanks. I will check that pack out and look forward to any vintage type of tones you come up with. Keep up the good work so us slackers don't have too. :)

  9. It depends from the headphones you use... The phones output of the Helix has 12 ohm. According 1/8 rule a headphone should have not less than 96 ohm. Line 6 support recommends to use the headphones between 150-300 ohm. I have Helix LT and I tried a few headphones: Sony MDR-7510 (24 Ohm)...sounded awful AiAiAi T-2 (32 Ohm)...sounded awful Beyerdynamic DT-770 Pro (250 Ohm)...sounded quite good, but it was hard to drive...and uncomfortable to wear for a longer periods and don't liked a curly cable. Sennheiser HD-650 (300 Ohm)... sounded very, very good! Nice warm sound, good sound stage. Highly recommended! I ended up with Sennheiser HD 600 (300 ohm). It sounds amazing! Clear, extremely detailed sound...! Very comfortable to wear, nice design! I would highly recommend it!!!

  10. Helix through headphones sounds great - what's all the fuss about? - use good headphones of the right impedance - here's the latest Sonarworks studio headphone guide - cut Helix highs to mimic guitar cabinet frequency response (a lot crappier than headphone response) - add a tiny bit of room reverb to create some ambiance and space - Monty Python uses Sennheiser's
