  1. You can't use 2 amp models in the same preset with POD Go and you can't split the signal into 2 paths. You could, however, use the POD Go FX Send output and external equipment. For instance, if you have the physical guitar amp (or bass amp and octaver pedal) you could send the guitar input signal to that external equipment (after some initial processing in the POD Go if desired) and do the rest of the processing within the POD Go preset.

  2. If you think you'll regularly need routing options and 2 amps at once etc, then Pod Go isn't the right tool - you need Helix, Helix LT, or Helix Stomp.

  3. I appreciate you're a newbie but I strongly urge you to read the manual. Whilst a lot in Pod Go is very intuitive, it's not entirely 'plug n play' and the manual is very helpful. P9 & of the manual - in edit view for the delay just press the knob far left under 'Time' and it will toggle between millisecond and note divisions:

  4. Hm, if there were gigs, I'd be tempted to try this thing out. Too bad there's still no gigs (and likely none to come in until open air is possible again, unless the dreaded C19 thing would magically dissapear). So maybe next year...

  5. Just to clarify, from the manual: 7/8. EFFECTS SEND/EFFECTS RETURN Signals are supplied to outboard effects or signal processing units by patching from the Effects Send (7) output into the outboard unit(s) and back into the Effects Return (8) input using shielded cables with 1/4" mono phone plugs. Only non-gain effects devices (chorus, reverb, delay, etc.) should be used in the effects loop. If footswitch is used, “Effects” must be selected (LED illuminated) for effects to work. That "Effects" switch is on the footswitch. AFAIK, if you're NOT using the PV footswitch, the FX Loop is always active, but bypassed if nothing is plugged into the loop.

  6. It was pick up battery(9V) issue. But still hearing by drive tones only, I'm gonna find suitable presets for acoustic guitar. Anyway, thanks for advising!

  8. Is it wired like this? Guitar>Helix Input>(Helix Effects)>(FX Send 1 Block)>FX Send 1>Amp Input>Amp Send>FX Return 1>(Helix Effects)>L/Mono Out>Amp Return Are you using shielded (instrument) cables in the FX Loop? Is the Send/Return set to INST?

  9. Well, the Stomp is getting some pretty nice features with the 3.0 update. I don't think "fairness" has anything to do with it, though. I mean, the POD Go and the Stomp are just different products. There's stuff you can do on the Stomp that you can't do on the POD Go and vice versa. Most of the stuff you can do on the POD Go have to do with the fact that it has more footswitches, though. The Stomp is more powerful and flexible, even with 6 blocks. But, anyway, 3.0 will be out, and it will alleviate you concerns, I think. Interestingly, enough, though, I don't think Line 6's reasoning for adding this stuff to the Stomp has anything to with the POD Go. The reasons will become more clear moving forward.

  10. So it's a bare pickup with no onboard pre-amp right? If you can't hear but the tuner works, it means that the signal is coming to the pod go but you have to build a suitable preset for your acoustic instrument. First off if you enabled the pad on the input block for whatever reason, disable it. Then don't use cab or IR's (unless it's an acoustic IR). Then as for the amp block use a pre-amp block. You should hear something actually, probably you'll have to crank volumes really high (try also engaging the EQ first on the chain, with high volume level), but should work.

  11. Here’s mine just want to swap out the Ibanez for a nano Russian big muff and want to get a wiretap or the new ditto plus as a way to save ideas. I’m playing mostly in the bedroom these days so liking to headphone amp and using the B7K model as my “amp”

  12. Thanks a lot for the response. Yes, it does seem a visit is inevitable and I shall do that pronto. I luckily had a backup that was made a couple of weeks before this happened. Hopefully, that should not require much tweaking as long as the unit itself is able to be fixed. Once again, thanks. Appreciate it much. If I get it resolved, I shall put the updates here so it can help others who might see/face this issue. Rgds.

  14. Sorry to hear of your frustration. Your post will get past the mods, obviously, because I was able to read it. They only censor for abuse of other members here pretty much, so venting and criticism of quality or compatibility is definitely ok. If you want support and suggestions for solutions to your issues, your best bet is to break it up into a list of specific issues and create "question" threads, and the folks here will help you suss them out. Welcome aboard, and I hope we can make your gear work better for you.
