It’s not working on my M1 Mac mini/ Big Sur either. Crashes Logic. On a whim I downloaded reaper, it crashes reaper as well. I’ve tried all the steps recommended by line 6 support.

I have a Helix LT...delighted with it. Occasionally, I need to run an Acoustic guitar with Vocals...as there's no MIC Input on the LT, decided to try a MIC to LINE Adapter. I can plug my Dynamic Mic in via the RETURN 1 Input on the LT, made a patch with Dualpaths for Mic on Return 1 and Guitar on Return 2. With the Studio Preamp and some Compressors, and a bit of Gain boosting, I get a great clean Mic signal. Had the same problem here. Here's the solution: - Go to the Line 6 site and download the appropriate drivers for the Amplifi device you own. Install them. - During that installation, you will be asked to plugin your device to USB (do not plug it in until asked) - Finish that install. - Start the Line 6 Updater and .. voila! Follow the on-screen instructions to update. A factory reset will be required. And you might as well unpair your bluetooth device because you'll need to re-pair it anyway after this is all done. Worked like a charm for me.
