Some users have reported getting an error message when installing Helix/HX or POD HD product drivers on Windows 10 or 11. The error message will mention that Line 6 drivers not being recognized or are being blocked after installation.

The best work-around for this is to disable Memory Integrity under Windows security settings. You can find this feature under Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation details.

See this article from Microsoft for further details:

This is a known issue to our team, and for now the best option is to disable Memory Integrity as a work-around. We will continue to monitor this issue for our driver releases.
