UX2 S/PDIF Digital Out: How to?

bump -
I am getting audio output from the headphone jack, but nothing from S/PDIF digital out. I have the digital coaxial cable running from UX2 to a digital audio converter/splitter and from there an optical cable into my soundbar. My PC is using WIndows 11, and the only sound output option in Windows settings is Line 6 UX2. Am I missing something?
