  1. Ok, I made a Support Ticket and the solution was very simple. I bought the Helix used and the previous owner already used the discount. Many thanks to the support team who helped me very quickly :)
  2. Hello everyone, i have a Helix Rack and after having it for years i finally registered it today, because i want to buy Helix Nativ at the reduced Price. But when i try to buy now, the System says: "Your account does not have an active Helix Floor or Rack registered right now." Does anyone know what could cause this? Ty
