Hi - been a couple of years since anyone posted here. Hopefully, someone will see this. Had my helix floor - issue free since 2017. But, as of 3 days ago, I have silent guitar/return/aux inputs. Did everyone above get their helix issues resolved?
I've done a factory reset, changed preset input blocks to multiple and back to guitar, changed leads and guitars and moved vol pedal. Now running the electric down with the power switch on but mains off. (Not hopeful). Usb and xlr work - helix plays sound from pc and mic.
It all went wrong when I was using hx edit to create a preset using synth blocks. I didn't save the preset, just switched the helix off. Then, when switched on - nothing.
I live in the UK and E. and M. electronics have stopped repairing line6 products. (Line 6 now uses a co. in Norwich and one in Southend).
Anything else I can do?
Can anyone recommend a repair company in the West or South west?
