assuming that the mags audio is AD converted in2 the jtv, u need one TX channel (digital model+mags converted digital audio) plus one RX channel ( variax command setting from the hd), total two channels. technically speaking, this {theoretically} can b achieved by using bandwith of existing "audio" channel, since digital data r zeroes+ones, but of course, I don't know the exact /actual specs, so i'll quite happily be wrong...

@jandrio, sort of... its not exactly centered around tone, although that is included. Hopefully ill be done in summer.

 

Fyi, i did make a number of classic rock patches that are available in the zip and in the patch section of my site. They didnt require as much advanced tweaking to get where i wanted them compared to hogh gain stuff, but i still think i squeezed all the tone i could into them. Try em out. Maybe youll find something you like

yeah, i know ALL ur patches, have long ago downloaded them and used them.

what i meant is abt ur guide itself...

eg enrich the contents with other amps/effects as well.

anyway, i'm sure ur new project will b as good as the old one, so looking 4ward 2 summer :)

If you stick with same string gauge, the neck should not need readjusting when changing string brands.

can u understand that by changing string type u actually change the tension on the neck?
if u have string buzz, take ur guitar 2 a luthier 4 a professional setup.

buzz string is a setup issue

i use d'addario NYXL0942  09-42  on my 69s...

both electric+acoustic models AND mags sound super (genre: classic rock).

previously used d'addario EXL120 9-42...

no, pod cannot drive  a plain cabinet, u need  some kind of amplification...

firehawk does not support param changing thru jtv vol+tone knobs.

I  hope the global eq will be at Hz not on % ...........

When 2.6 is released (we're still on track for the end of March for HD500X/Pro X and HD500/Pro/Bean shortly thereafter), Global EQ will be found on the last page of the Setup menu. Pressing ENTER will bypass and enable it; knob 1 selects the band for adjustment; knobs 2-4 adjust the select band's parameters.

 

With proper Hz/kHz and dB values.  ;)
