my new pod hd pro x is not connecting to my computer anyone else have this problem

I just purchased this new line 6 pod and i would love to use it but every time i connect it to my computer and turn it on it doesnt install the driver or it will say no driver help ive downloaded the line 6 monkey and it isnt detecting it help please
