  1. You won't damage it :-) You're right it is confusing. One spec is to show the maximum for safety reasons, the other one is practical and shows what works.
  2. Did you do the channel scan to pick the best channel?
  3. The antennas should be in 10am and 2pm positions. The RF modes (RF1 and RF2) need to be same on all units that you are using. If your other G30 is in RF2 then your G50 needs to be in RF2 as well. When there are different RF modes in the same room there is going to be a problem. Since you have a WiFi router- Is it possible switch it to 5gHZ? Also, try to find the channels that are working best. There might be interference with WiFi or other 2.4 gHZ sources.
  4. I'm very sorry to hear all that. We are looking into this.
  5. We recommend a minimum of 400mA, it is actually rated at 500mA.
  6. If it is the same setup and mic positioning then the gain will probably be not so much different. I would adjust the monitor and main output levels at every show starting from "off" and carefully bringing them up- you might be done after that.
  7. You could connect the G90 to another amp or just connect some headphones to the output to see if it is the G90 itself or some grounding issue when you connect to your setup. 8. In order to see the SD card you need to unplug any USB storage media. The system looks for the USB first and then for the SD. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  9. The update takes 5 minutes and is definitely worth it.
  10. Not automatically, but you can either pan every channel to one side or use a monitor out with all monitor sends linked.
  11. You don't need to update the receiver. The receiver works with RF1 and RF2 without doing anything. I think to resolve this a phone call with our customer service would be the fastest way. (818) 575-3600
  12. Please call customer service (818) 575-3600 For now, can you set both units to RF1?

  15. For this you would actually need 6 transmitters and 2 receivers.
  16. WiFi.tiff In this document you find a compatibility chart. "N" does not determine if you are using 5gHz. Check your routers setup to see if you can disable 2.4gHz. Otherwise if you follow the chart it should work for three channels of wifi.
  17. We found a bug that we are currently fixing. As soon as this is tested we will release a firmware update. I am sorry for the inconvenience- we will publish the update as soon as possible.
  18. The channels do not correspond. How many channels of G30 are you using? Can you use a 5gHz WIFI- this would avoid any potential conflict.
  19. Sorry: iPad mini with retina display- iOS 8.3/ Audiobuffer in Mobile POD 4ms
  20. This is a user forum and sometimes Line6 people look here but it is mainly intended for users. In your case you might want to try the Auria customer service. I have just tried this again - Auria in 48khz- Mobile Pod as an effect and it works fine. It may have to do with which iOS device you are using, memory, buffer size etc. You can also try the Line6 customer service: http://line6.com/support/tickets/ Call Line 6 Technical Support If your issue involves using a computer, to help us better assist you, please complete your support profile. 21. At the moment there is no way to do that. iOS replaces the microphone and speaker with the sonic port one's and there is no way to re- assign this.
  22. Could you open a support ticket for this, please? We may want to replace your unit so we can examine this unit. http://line6.com/support/tickets/ Open a Support TicketContact our expert tech support staff directly via a support ticket.
