1) Is it worth being repaired?
I would have a nearby authorized service center take a look at it for you so that you could get an estimate of the repair. Only then will you be able to make a decision if it's worth repairing or not. Use this link to use your zip code to see which service center is near you:

2) Is there any warranty still available for it?
If it has been more than a year and you do not have any other 3rd party upgraded service warranties, then it is not under warranty an longer.

You can post videos via a Youtube or a public Dropbox account, any service where you can store the video online and link to it. That way anyone in the forum can see it and make a suggestion.

Hi Steve,
If your AMPLIFi 75 firmware is v2.0 (v2.1 is now available, BTW) and you have the latest version of the AMPLIFi Remote App, you should have 100 Presets. Sometimes, after conducting the firmware update, the other 24 banks show up as <EMPTY>. I've fixed this by conducting a simple factory reset again and it restores all 100 presets.
- Turn your AMPLIFi 75 OFF
- Pushed down on the TONE button and MASTER Volume Knob simultaneously while turning the unit ON. Hold it until the white LED is on the first tone again.
- Pair the amp and check for the presets.

As mentioned before, I'm running Sonic Port VX on an iPad 2 running iOS 8.1.2 connected with the same cable. I use it regularly with Garageband, Cubasis, and free Mobile POD v1.7 without any problems. If you have all of the updates and you're still having problems, please contact our customer service so that they can troubleshoot this for you.

It shows up on iOS as 2.010 but when the update finishes, it shows v2.1. Can you confirm Triryche?

When you check again, make sure the LED's above the input GAIN knobs are not turning red, which is indicative that the signal is too hot. Set the gain while thumping your guitar and keep it in the green. Then pull the MASTER Volume knob on the back panel up or down accordingly to set your overall level.
Also, start with the "Acoustic Modeling" and the effects turned OFF as this adds body to your tone but can get accentuated with the Thump from your technique. Add it in when you are sure your levels are good.

What kind of acoustic electronics are on your guitar?
Have you tested whether this happens during recording as well?

Sounds simple, but my assumption was that all you had to do was to press A&B or C&D and the bank would change...and then you would select a tone - one thing at a time. Actually, I still think that's how it should work, but now at least I know.
Hi JeffJurs, just trying to understand the confusion. They way you explain it above, is how it works. If you press A&B or C&D, you need to select a patch (A,B,C, or D) otherwise it will revert to the last patch (and bank) you were on.

You can overwrite any of the alternate tunings slots using Workbench HD or Virtual Capo, except for the "Standard" and "model" slots.
to do, say, a bass guitar sound would be impossible (just because of that 1/2 step)
The furthest you can go down is -12 semitones. If your guitar's standard tuning is E-flat then programming -12 in Workbench HD or strumming an open 6th-string in Virtual Capo will yield a bass E-flat. Hope that answers your question.

Easiest tool to use for adjusting alternate tunings (anything, really) is the free Workbench HD software. In this the video I explain how it's done. Go to 3:10 for the tunings bit.

Some users on this thread have been having issues with logging into monkey. Perhaps their suggestions will help resolve the matters:
Suggestions from that thread:
1. Try deleting the contents of the following folder:
Users/(YourUserName)/Library/Application Support/Line 6/Line 6 Monkey
Make sure that you don't know have any of the Line 6 applications open and running when you delete these files. After movingthem to your trash and emptying your trash, re-launch Line 6 Monkey and try again to connect and download your available
updates.
2. Some people have found that the update from the app is not working properly. Uninstalled the update tool and re-installed the latest version from the line6 web site. That fixed their problem.
3. Some have mentioned that their antivirus software has a web URL check feature. If this is enabled, it will block the connection attempt for whatever reason. When they turned this feature off, a connection was made instantly.

Are you using a fully charged battery and a 1/4inch cable plugged into the guitar when you connect your JTV to the supplied USB Variax Digital Interface to the computer?

Have you tried both outputs, the tuner and the Main out, to see if there's any difference?
If it's possible, please try another instrument through the system. It would help determine a hardware problem, if one exists. Even a mixer line out or a keyboard would work to test.

By any chance, do you have the Cable Tone modeling engaged? If it's inadvertently set to a long cable length with a low-impedance signal that would definitely interfere with the output.

L3t popping issues when thumping acoustic
in StageScape Mixer / StageSource Speakers

A few things.
You seem to be controlling the volume of the speaker from the guitar's channel knob on the side panel mixer. (I can't tell if you go all the way behind the speaker in the video). That is not the preferred method of going about it. Think of the side panel GAIN controls as preamps on a regular mixer, not the volume faders. That is what the Master Volume knob is for on the back.
Set the side-panel GAINS such that at your loudest playing, they ALWAYS stay GREEN.
You make no mention of whether or not the "Acoustic Modeling" or EFX are engaged. As mentioned before, it does cause your low end to be pronounced, so if you haven't tried a lower setting, that might help alleviate the problem.
Is the EQ of your guitar's preamp set flat?
Does the popping happen at all distances from the speaker? The low frequencies may be feeding back at close proximity (and this may be due to too much channel GAIN). You do mention that when the volume is lowered it helps a little.
I notice you have two inputs going into the side-panel mixer. Are you going directly from the guitar into Channel ONE of the L3t? Check to make sure the "Stereo Link Switch" is not engaged. If your EQ settings are set a particular way on Channel TWO, they will affect Channel ONE (and then be summed with the use of one speaker), if the switch is engaged.
