i have just unwrapped my new HD500X and cannot get started as the drivers are not installing through the Line6 Monkey.The version is up to date and I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no effect. I have downloaded them direct from Line6 but installation still fails.
I have attempted this process on both my Macbook and my iMac.

Very frustrating indeed.
