    Helix Bug Reports

    I have a helix floor that was purchased new this year from Line 6 directly. Following the 2.8 update when I import new presets I'm getting corruption further down on the setlist. I've factory reset my presets numerous times (4+) and it continues to happen. When I attempt to copy over the corrupt preset entries with either blank new presets or purchased presets I get an error and the device freezes. Posting here before I open a ticket.
