  1. I had this happen a few years back. I uninstalled the Line 6 software and reinstalled it and the problem went away.
  2. Ok, after changing cables, the static came back with a vengence. I have a new iMac, good quality cables. So after a lot of frustration, I contacted Line6 Support. They suggested that I delete the latest driver and reinstall it (V7.6.7). I did so, again not using Monkey, and yesterday was able to finally do some recording once again without any static! So give that a shot - if the static reappears, I'll just keep doing that step.

  4. I had a similar problem with latest sierra, and support provided me with the following, which worked (they guided me to the below links, bypassing Monkey): The driver installation has changed on High Sierra: http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/recording/computer-audio-set-up-and-troubleshooting/macos-high-sierra-1013-driver-installation-change-r879 Please check out the Security & Privacy seetings on your iMac and try to reinstall the latest Mac driver v7.6.7 (without using Monkey). It can be downloaded here: http://line6.com/software/ However, I'm now getting the static as well, and while it went away when I swapped out a USB cable, it's back again regardless of cable. If you get a solution, please share. Best, Phil
  5. I was having the same thing until I changed my USB cable. As an update, the static is back regardless of cable.
  6. I upgraded to Podfarm 2.5 platinum. My license manager shows the four model packs (Bass Expansion; Collector Classics; FX Junkie and Power Pack) - but they don't show up in Podfarm. I'm using the UX2 device with it. Can you advise how I can access these model packs)? I'm using a Mac with High Sierra OS (v10.13.2). Thanks in advance! best, Phil
