HI all,
from yesterday i'm tring to connect my new amplifi 150 to my Win7 64 laptop, to upgrade the firmware, but no luck.
I receive the message of unknown device, (USB device not recognized). I connected the amplifi after the utility request during installation, of course.
I tried to uninstal drivers and software and restart the PC, and reinstall. I tried also to update the driver with the "l6AmplifiNA.inf" file but the system says thet ther is not an available driver or the driver is not designed for a 64bit machine.
What is wrong? I have not other PC, just mac but ther is no utility for osx.
Any suggestions?
