Do you use the expression pedal on the reverb and delay at the same time?

 What are your favorite effects on the Helix when running no amp or speaker sim? Just running into an external amp. Looking to see how everyone is doing that.

 Can't you plug the drum machine in the low input on the Nace?  I talked to Art Nace and he said you can put music like from a computer or phone through that input. How do you like your Nace Amp.

I'm not sure it it would make a difference but I'm on Firmware 2.12

still no blocks on the presets that I downloaded. I have downloaded both.

What firmware version are you running? Perhaps the presets are from a later version of the firmware than you are running on your Helix.

i put this on the helix but the presets are blank. the names show up but no blocks.   help please

i have tried everything listed above and still this horrible buzz. When i turn on the input gate it is quiet but that has never been the case.

That helped a little but still heavy buzzing

any ideas?

try a snare drum stand the helix fits perfectly in it

The Tape Delay aka echoplex does not have the preamp section and a booster pedal should have the same effect into the helix. I have use the Timmy overdrive and turn down the distortion to 1.5 and turn up the level. It gives you a pretty nice boost.

i am still not sure if the Firehawk is what i am looking for. i can't figure the best way to run the Helix through it. i am looking for more of a stereo so i might have to go with 2 k8's or k10's.

I went 1/4 left and right to the 1/4 left and right in the Firehawk. then I ran a  1/4 from the send of the Helix to the guitar in of the Firehawk.

so the 

firehawk 1500 with the Helix is amazing to say the least.

I have one coming from FedEx Thursday to use with my Helix.

now i am wondering about using 2 L2T's or 2 L2M's or 2 QSC K10's or K8's for my music room.

Thanks Jamin do you think the line 6 lt2 would be nicer at low volumes than the QSC K10's pr K8's?

That makes sense I will check things out this week when I go to NAMM.

djy thanks I rented 2 k10's and they did sound awesome. Do you think a pair of K8's would be better suited for a smaller room than K10's?
