Currently renting a brand new unit. 
I was the first to ever open the box.
It has this exact same issue.

So i've gone over the whole manual for the POD GO, but need individual manuals for all the individual amps and pedals being simulated.
Ive never used any of the real gear the POD GO is simulating so im just completely lost as to what lterally anything means.
Im just a useless idiot monkey with a piece of high tech gear...

Im currently renting a POD GO and APEX HP100 headphones and am pretty disapointed in the sound im getting.
