Can I change via MIDI, in a PODXT, between diferent channels and enable/disable effects with a midi controller like Korg Nanopad?

Hello.

I bought a Korg Volca Sampler to create drum patterns to complete my one man perfoming, but i've a problem with the sync of the tempos.

My pedals are: (the amp is always the same, it has diferent inputs for diferent devices)

Guitar ----->  PODxt-----> Boss RC-30 ------> Amp

Korg Volca Sampler------>  Amp

I've noticed that the Boss RC-30 doesn't have MIDI SYNC to late :/

So my question is, can I syncronize the tap tempo of the PODxt and the Volca with a MIDI cable?
