I had a problem with one of my scribble strips. Text would disappear, then display corrupt. Logged a ticket and advised to return unit, which I did. New unit arrives today, so hopefully all good

I´m waiting to receive a new one too.

Got my Helix about 2 weeks ago, in the last week one of the scribble strips (number 7) shows an inconsistent operation: sometimes it's normal, sometimes the text is shown reversed, other times the text is moving or even the label shows no text at all. Lately this annoying behavior is becoming more comon.
