I have a brand new Amplifi TT and out of the box i plugged it in and only the top tone light turns on and nothing else... am i missing a step?? no response from anything. I tried connecting to the computer (MAC) with a USB connector and and downloaded the updater but it goes to a screen and asks to select device and nothing shows up.... am I missing something??? I looked on this forum and found the reset procedure but still no difference.... help!!!
