  1. Hello,

I m using the usb cable with the power usb power supply that was in the box. When I turn it on, only the red ligt above the screen on the receiver is turning on and nothing else. The only way to turn it on is to use my Stomp 9v power adapter, and then it stays on, while connected to the usb power supply. Am I missing something? Do i need to buy a separate power supply? I thought the USB one in the box is supposed to be the power supply.

  2. How is it possible that all other competitive products work just fine and the product of a huge company like line 6 has screwed this up so badly? Means they designed the product in a bad way. This is ridiculous. I already got an irig hd 2. I m selling the sonic port when they fix it some day and will never look back.

  3. I want to use an IEM wireless system at home for practice so I 'd be grateful if someone could help with the routing. What is the best way to do that? A stereo 1/4 cable from the Stomp headphone out to the transmitter? Or maybe an XLR? The transmitter has mono and stereo modes and 2 combo 1/4 - XLR ins. NOTE: my patches are mono (no stereo delays etc).

  4. I guess we would need someone to do an A/B check to know for sure! In the UK the HR FRFR 112 AND 108 COST 299 AND 229 Pounds vs 262 and 210 for the Alto ts312 and ts308 respectively.

  5. @DunedinDragon So does it mean that the HR FRFR and the Alto versions will produce identical output, given they ll be used at the line level and given that the only difference between them is the mic preamps? If that is the case why would anyone buy the more expensive HR?

  6.  @rd2rk

Given that you have experience with the issue, could you tell me if having the mic preamps affect the sound at all?. I mean the price difference between the HR FRFRs (8' and 12') ad the equivalent Alto versions (ts3) is significant.

Are they constructed differently or the mic preamps cannot be bypassed so the FRFR version is flatter?

    Thanks!
