You can download everthing you need from line6.com software section and choose an older or newer driver as you please. It might not work, but worth a go. You will need to log into your account at line6.com and add your new computer to your account, it most likely won't allow you to use it properly.

I can only suggest uninstalling all of your line6 intallation and re install with an older driver, available to download from the downloads section of line6.com. Downloading everything manually from there, not using monkey. Have you removed your old pc and added your new one to your account at line6.com? There seemed to be troubles with Windows 10 a few updates ago, but not much on the forums until recently, may be the latest driver or Windows update haven't helped. If you still have issues with podfarm, you could try running it in compatibility mode, a quick google search will show you how.

There mustbe a local business near you that can do it. Or an online cable shop. That's what i would try. Last resort, a connector that changes the type on your old working cable

There are lot's on ebay. Or type in custom pc cables in to Google and find your nearest guy.

Im not familiar with twitch at all, but is there and driver settings where you csn select the line6 ASIO drivers/sample rate and bit depth?

Just to confim. You have registered your ux and your computer to your account at line6.com? Then followed the instructions to install license manager and signed in to that? Downloaded line6 monkey and all the tick boxes are green? Assuming you have installed it correctly, have you ever had sound/recording out of it before? You would be best to open a support ticket with line6 directly, via your account page at line6.com if you want to talk to them.

They will be expecting trouble after the last few apple updates. This says to contact line6 here. https://line6.com/company/contact/

Have the sample rate/bit depth changed without you knowing?

License manager will recognise any upgrades you have purchased if done so through your account. You might be able to get an equivelant license for podfarm through line6 if you open up a support ticket and explain the situation, I've read of some success on this forum doing that.

There should be a sticker on the unit with ththe serial number on it.

Have you selected the microphone input in the drop down input box? You need tp select thr Scarlett as your output, i think, that will be acting as your sound card.

Could it be something as simple as selecting the mic input instead of the instrument input? I still make that mistake occasionally.

The ux is just the audio interface, you can use any amp sim you want, I only got the ux as it came with a podfarm license and im used to using their amplifiers. You can record anyway you want with it. I record the take along with my drum track just plugging in the electric guitar and recording the unamplified signal, then produce the sound i want with podfarm after. You can go about if any way you want to.

Ive had about 12 tracks active with podfarm plug in with no issues. Once you figure out how it all works, its pretty versatile, it will surely be plenty good enough for a beginners needs. I generally record a dry signal and then play with podfarm to get the sound i want, so it is fully tweakable. You can record with just a mic or send your amplifier through the unit ot you would like and just use basic compessor/noise gate functions on that sound or nothing at all. You can indeed use it for existing tracks, I've updatdd old recorded tracks from previous projects with podfarm. I have never experienced latency issuse, and that I've come across on this forum are usually down to issues with their set up/settings. It can be tricky to set up, bit once you have it all sorted, it should be pretty good.

You could always try older drivers or running in windows compatibility mode.

Do you hear anything else playing back in cubase? If you're getting a signal, make sure your output settings are correct in cubase. Do you hear playback if you moitor the track?

Have you purchased pod farm platinum? Or is it bundled with a device?

You need to open a support ticket with line6 directly to solve this. They are usually pretty helpful

Make sure you are selecting toneport ux1 and not the podstudio ux1
