Hello I was wondering the same thing, I'm running my Helix rack 1/4" outs to a Marshall 9200 monoblock 2x100 watt all tube power amp with no tone stacks just a A/B voicing switch on each amp, xlr's are going to my studio monitor system I've been running amp/cab sim on and found some great sounds coming through the Marshall going into some 15" peavey floor wedges for now till I get some passive frfr 212 cabs, it's a heavy 80+ lbs beast but it stays in my live room sounds like a freight train coming through my studio tremendous volume!

you know what would be great is to have a guitar insert right on the foot controller of the Helix Rack for people who dont use a wireless systems you have your ethernet cable then you got your guitar cable running to the helix rack my guitar cable gets tangled on the foot controller, just a thought

I have the same problem with helix rack my presonus AI mixer is the audio device,unless i unplug my usb it has the latency from the usb being plugged in, in multi out on the helix, i have to go with XLR outs or line outs, i want to use both and usb too,even with the presonus as audio device,WTF!!! i want to be able to use my helix editor.Please HELP i dont want to open ticket in support, and this is the only post that describes my problem,thanks ps, its mixed in to the main outs on my board, driving me nuts!!!

When I'm trying to use Helix to record in Studio one,3.5.5 pro,I get a message that Helix is at 44.1 kh and it doesn't match what I'm recording in at 48kh,but the Helix is set at 48 kh,am I missing something in the global set up menu???

On my win,10,PC in Studio one 3.5.5 it says that the helix is at 44.1kh and doesn't match my daw's 48kh, but the Helix says its in 48kh can't seem to match them up,

Thanks guys for the prompt replies,nice to know there are good resources and people willing to share their knowledge I learned a lot before I pulled the trigger on the Helix Rack,what a great easy to learn GUI kudos to Line 6 Helix team!! Great product that just gets better.

Ok I just now loaded the latest software 2.53 from 2.50, I just came across a post about downloading patches, which I did,from forum and that some maybe files corrupted so I backed up my patches and reset Helix to factory then updated firmware to 2.5.3, seems to be working fine,

the editor you mean? its @ 2.52

just got the Helix Rack and controller,last week this morning went to turn it on and the start screen froze,WTF!! I turned it off an restarted and it worked,hopefully its not a problem, any body have the same problems with the Helix?
