i did calibrate the shortboard and also downloaded the latest firmware for the amp as well. i played it for about an hour or so and it didnt drop the volume at all. 2 gigs this weekend will be the test though. thanks for your response...

at my last gig my amp (spider IV 75w) would occasionally drop the volume down in half. when hitting any button on my fbv shortboard the volume would return back to normal. any ideas what may be causing this?
