  1. Thats it! Thanks so much, I almost started to believe "...oh well, its 2020..." Thanks for everybodies time, I definitely owe you one!
  2. In out are set to Main L/R - is that what you mean? (input gate off, pan-center) Apart from that: I tried Ins/outs if the Phones Monitor MainL/R vs send helps - neither does what I want. I am still convinced that its some setting, no? Hardware seems to work fine ... just a logical or becoming exclusive where it shouldnt be ...
  3. Thanks again. Just made a complete reset - still no success :(
  4. Thanks so much for your time and for trying this out. Thats really weird. Of course what happens in your case is exactly what I would expect, but when I engage the loop block on my stomp the dist after the block is ignored. Does anyone know if there is some global setting I have to adjust? Or is my wiring wrong. I have now one ordinary patch mono cable directly connecting the send and the left return in the stomp. Maybe relevant additional info: When I tweak the mix parameter on the engaged fx block the post fx loop dist slowly blends in, when I disconnect the cable and leave the mix in the fx loop on 100% there is no output, so this works as expected (proofs that my wiring/cable is in principle ok?). The whole setting seems so trivial still I do not see my error/misunderstanding....
  5. Hi there, I am sorry if this is a trivial question but I am somehow stuck: In short: I use the hx stomp for effects as well as amp modelling (with headphones attached to the stomp), I just tried to add my old eventide timefactor delay mono via fx loop L to the chain before the reverb + amp of the helix chain. So I wired everything and I added one mono fx loop, i.e.: guitar -> stomp with some effects -> fx loop L wired to timefactor and back (send and return l)-> stomp (reverb and amp). Now: whenever I activate the fx/loop all stomp effects after the loop are ignored - why? Which setting am I missing? In order to understand the situation I created the preset attached and directly shortcut the fx loop with one cable (send to return l). Same effect, as soon as I activate the fx loop, the distortion after the loop is ignored (as well as the amp). What I want is obviously that the signal runs after the loop (delay) through the remaining blocks in the stomp. Hope this makes sense and once again sorry if this question is trivial. Appreciate any help! test.hlx
