This didn't help me on mac and is still broken.

Same problem in mac OSX. re-auth and reinstall after deleting didn't help.  Failed to connect to DSP engine -8201. And Line 6 won't reply to my case request. Been a week.

I am not able to update the firmware. With the latest updater and firmware 3.0, it just spins and spins and never makes any progress no matter how long I wait. Not sure what to try. I've tried local and download through updater. What a pain..

Yes, better instructions would have been helpful. Thanks for the above post. Also having to restore user presets is archaic.

The link to the Helix (floor) Version is broken. At least the mac version. The other download links for 2.8.2 stuff are fine.

i get this below on that link and copying and pasting that link part of the error starts the download tough.
