How will work spider with this pedal(or any other)?

If i turn on amp clean tone,will spider transmit sound what it comes from pedal clearly how it must be?

I pull it out but they dont want :(

hi all.on win 7 sp1 App was needed net framework 4.6 so i installed it...And now its just crashes :(Help me...Or where i can download other older versions spdr rmt?
