I finally figured it out. On the main mix section path A was panned all the way left and path B was panned all the way right and I only have the left output of the unit plugged into my recording interface (guess it's time to get a better unit for this.) Thanks for replying Hurghanico.

Trying to create a good SRV type preset, using Plexi 100 Brt as the top amp and a Blackface Normal as the bottom amp. If I turn the top amp off and turn the bypass volume all the way down there is no sound coming from the bottom amp. With the bypass volume all the way up on the top amp I just get a slight un-amped tone that comes through.
