FBV 3 keeps locking up with pod hd pro x

Yup they are both up to date. -
Hi i have a bran new pod hd pro x and a fbv3. the fbv3 works for about 5 min then all the light on it turn off and the function light turns red and it locks up. Any ideas as to whats going on?
