Yes battery fully charged. Do you need to have the jack plugged in as well as the ethernet then? Didn't do that. Second hand so no manual, relying on goodwill from the forum!

Hi Just got a second hand Variax and loaded the software. When I plug the guitar in to the PC via a USB/ethernet, one end of the connector blinks green but the guitar end ( ethernet to guitar) blinks red and the software says "not connected" As a complete newbie I am clueless as to what I've done wrong! I did look on the tutorials but this question is too basic for those!
