  1. Any chance of trying a different electric guitar and see what happens?  I have a Yamaha electric bass that I like, though it has gone through phases in the the past where it would have some extra unwanted noise on occasion, mostly on open notes (when no fingers were touching the strings).  I even jerry-rigged a wire from the bridge of the bass to the inside of my mouth that helped at times (some sort of weird ground issue?).  Not sure how safe that was, though I never got a shock.  I don't think I've had that problem in years though.  Maybe it didn't get along with a particular cable?

  2. I put 2 songs in my music website: "A Mystery to Me" is the song on top (no amp modeling on the intro acoustic guitar), and "Catch You Somehow" is the next song down.  One song uses Roland COSM amp modeling for guitar, and the other song uses PodXT amp modeling.  Can you tell which is which?  Please tell me how you like the music and how it can be improved.  Here is my link:

  4. I put 2 songs in my music website: "That Great Day" (there is lead guitar, and it starts at 1:40) is the song on top, and "Really True Too" (which is more guitar oriented) is the next song down. Can you tell which song uses Roland COSM amp models on guitar, and which song uses PodXT amp models for guitar?  Please tell me how you like the music, and how it can be improved.  Here is my link:

  7. Kilrahi and datacommando,

Thank you for replying.  From what I could tell the Glenn DeLaune's prices (at least with the particular patch set that I was interested in buying) are the same whether through Line 6 Marketplace or Glenn's own website.  I can easily afford to pay full price, but like most people, I like getting a good deal if possible.  Some plug-in companies are very often having a sale on specific products.  I assume they get more business with some impulse buying.  Though no one wants to buy something, and next week it is half price off.

  8. I put 2 songs in my music website: "Something For Nothing" is the song on top, and "They Want to Believe" is the next song down.  One song uses Roland COSM amp models on guitar, and the other song uses PODXT amp models. Can you tell which is which? Please tell me how you like the music and how it can be improved. Here is the link:
