Which method did you use to update the firmware?

 

Did you try a factory reset after updating updating the firmware?

Did you raise a support ticket? It's the only way to get a formal response.

It was just a loose ribbon cable connection, I fixed it in about 2 minutes.

My Amplifi 150 randomly stopped working. The controls to nothing and no lights turn on. The actual amp work but, nothing can be change and no device can be paired. I updated the firmware and that did not help.

Please help, my Bluetooth speaker/practice amp is useless right now.
