  1. Yes @Vlad_o, multi is lower. I have tried to find out why this is the case. Can not find anything useful. No other setting that I have tried has had an impact on this unfortunate feature, not even "audio level settings for 1/4 inch and XLR out" which would be logical in some sense as you said @theElevators.
  2. It's not important for me but on the other hand why not? He definitely got a point. By the way. Thanks for your input on different subjects. I've been reading your comments and it's been super helpful. I had some ideas about tuner availability. What do you think? I'll paste it below. "Hey! I'm so grateful for the Helix. Makes my life so much easier. Been playing for 20 years and it's just a blessing. I have one wish for the Helix and it's regarding the tuner in a live situation. I'll try to put words on what I mean here: I would like to access the tuner instantly. I've been thinking about this and from my perspective I see three possible ways. Add a choice to make the tap/tuner button engage the tuner when I push it once. Yes, I loose the tap function. Add the tuner as a possible block that I can put in the signal chain wherever I want. Add a "live-mode" where the tuner and the name of the preset is visible at all times. When I had my old pedal bord I used a switcher and one button sent my signal to the tuner, that of course was on at all times. I also used that as a "mute effect" making me absolutely quiet instantly. You guys are geniuses so I know you'll figure something out. If this would be added I would be so happy!"
  3. Good idea! I mean this product is so versatile but they could definitely work on the flexibility of the tuner. Everything in this recording goes through the Helix. It's an excellent product.
  4. I just don't want anymore hardware. I'm mentioning this cause it would be an easy fix for L6. I like the tuner. I just wanna have more "turn on" options. As I mentioned above. Isn't it pretty obvious to have some kind of live mode for the display? I mean, who looks at the signal chain while playing? You can use the display for better things in a live situation.
  5. Thanks for a fast respons! I understand. For me it's not interesting to add more hardware. Then I'm gonna use the tuner as it is now. I tried the link you posted but I need to create another account to get in there. What a hassle...

  7. Hi! So happy with my Helix! Before the Helix I had this massive board with a switcher. My tuner was always on and I had one button on the switch that only went to the tuner and the sound went silent. This is a really cool way to start tuning and mute your sound instantly. I actually used it in a musical way when I wanted to mute quickly. Anyway.. What I like to do is to have more options on how to turn on the tuner. Two examples: • When my volume pedal is at zero it automatically turns on. • When I press the tuner button it goes to tuner instantly. Yes, I would sacrifice the tap function since I always put in the tempos beforehand. I understand this is not for everyone but the option would be nice. Maybe someone can come up with an even better idea how to turn it on. Anyone?
  8. It’s the early sound I love the most but I’ll definitely check out that other delay. what is BBD?
  9. I’ve also come across this issue. Is line6 working on it? I desperately need this fixed. They should prioritize this. It’s the classic “The Edge” delay. And we all now the dotted delay we want it to be. So weird that it can’t be done. How do we get them to listen???!!!?
  10. Thanks for the follow up everybody! I'm so glad I started to write in this forum! I actually changed my settings after the tips in this thread and haven't had any problems since, but hopefully we can chose this as we please when it's fixed.
  11. I understand, thank you! Hope this will work. How do we make sure that Line 6 gets notified about this bug?
  12. Thank you so much for your quick respons! I really appreciate it! Since I'm controlling two volume blocks with two different exp-pedals, as explained above, I will probably have a problem until Line 6 does something about this, right? Did you understand my signal chain? It's the same idea as the one being shown in the official video on Line 6, about wet/dry/wet.
  13. Thanks for the quick respons! Is there a way to get notifications when someone answers a post? Ok, so that could be it. I'm using one external exp-pedal too. With that one I controll the volume of a separate chain, where I have a delay etc. This one was set to nr. 2. Maybe if i switch places on these babies or what do you think?
  14. Hi! I love this product in almost all aspects. I've had one problem though and I would be so pleased if anyone can help. I have the latest firmware installed and my own settings, nothing wierd at all. The expression pedal on the board is first in my chain, and it's set to controll the volume. The setting for my expression pedals are set to "global". Problem: Sometimes when I play the sound suddenly drops very low or turns of completely. Then I have to move the expression-pedal down and up again (0 to 100), and the sound is back. I mostly use the "phones" outlet right now, as I'm in my home studio but the problem should probably be with the other outputs as well. As you understand this is totally unacceptable since I could be on stage and my sound just dies. Please help! / Jacob M
