    Hi, this might sound stupid but I've just bought a second Firehawk FX as a back-up. Can I copy the saved presets from my old Firehawk to the new one? Secondly and forgive my ignorance, how do I push my tones that I've created up to the cloud and once I've done that can I then recall them into my new Firehawk? Thanks Paul
  4. Hi, every time I start the Firehawk remote app on my iPhone it automatically starts playing music from my iTunes account. How do I stop this from happening please? I’ve turned off the access to ITunes and that has stopped it for the time being but that can’t be the answer? thanks, Paul
  5. Hi silverhead, Duh!! Well, I hadn't thought of that, as soon as I downloaded the driver I was able to use the updater! Thanks very much. I guess at 62 years of age somethings are just so glaringly obvious you miss 'em! Anyway, all done now and working brilliantly. Thanks once again for the advice! Paul Let the Music Rage on forever!
  6. Hi guys (and gals) I'm a newbie to Firehawk and when I try to connect with either my iPhone or iPad it keeps telling me my device needs to be updated. I've downloaded the Line 6 updated but when I try to use it I'm asked to select the device I want to update but the page is blank, just a black square! Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone help? Windows 10 on a laptop.
