Well, two and a half days transferring all my Helix settings to my Pod Go and levelling all the volumes and I think I'm there!! I'd just like to thank Silverhead and voxman55 who responded and gave me advice, its been a rapid but well worth while learning experience! I now have a working back up and rehearsal and fly rig! Thanks guys, much appreciated!

Hi, PodGo newbie here, I've been a Helix LT user for quite some time and have acquired a brand new PodGo from a guitarist friend. My question is, if I manually copy all the blocks,setting for setting, one by one into the new User presets on the Podgo (allowing for the limitations of PodGo compared to Helix) I should end up with an almost exact copy, on my PodGo that I could use as a 'fly rig' for rehearsals or as a back up for live shows in the case of my Helix failing? Thanks in advance!

Hi, this might sound stupid but I've just bought a second Firehawk FX as a back-up. Can I copy the saved presets from my old Firehawk to the new one? Secondly and forgive my ignorance, how do I push my tones that I've created up to the cloud and once I've done that can I then recall them into my new Firehawk? Thanks Paul

Hi, every time I start the Firehawk remote app on my iPhone it automatically starts playing music from my iTunes account. How do I stop this from happening please? I’ve turned off the access to ITunes and that has stopped it for the time being but that can’t be the answer? thanks, Paul

Hi silverhead, Duh!! Well, I hadn't thought of that, as soon as I downloaded the driver I was able to use the updater! Thanks very much. I guess at 62 years of age somethings are just so glaringly obvious you miss 'em! Anyway, all done now and working brilliantly. Thanks once again for the advice! Paul Let the Music Rage on forever!

Hi guys (and gals) I'm a newbie to Firehawk and when I try to connect with either my iPhone or iPad it keeps telling me my device needs to be updated. I've downloaded the Line 6 updated but when I try to use it I'm asked to select the device I want to update but the page is blank, just a black square! Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone help? Windows 10 on a laptop.
