I am sending MIDI PC and CC from my iPad via OnSong. Since updating to 3.10/11, PC changes "take" inconsistently. In 2.xx, all worked seamlessly. Now, initiating a program change from the OnSong UI, sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I cannot detect a particular condition under which the fail occurs -- does not, for instance, fail on bank boundaries, A-C will fail inconsistently -- but always for specific song changes. This does not appear to be an iPadOS or OnSong issue. I am wondering if others may have experienced the same problem set? I should note that I have been using MIDI over USB, but have also tried USB-C -> MIDI and have attempted different adjustments MIDI global settings to no avail. Same behaviors.

I'm interested to know if anyone else using a JTV Variax guitar into Helix experiences issues with the Helix 'forgetting' patch information when Helix updates. This has happened to me every time I've done a Helix update, and even again on the 3.10 update this week. I normally use the Variax mags as my preferred pickups, but on occasion for as our setlist requires it, I set up for a drop D or open G tuning or move standard tuning steps up and/or down. The have to be done with Variax guitar models. These patches will also sit alongside patches where I am not using tunings or Variax guitar models. I find I have to go back in to each of these patches and persuade them to remember the Variax aspect of the patch. It particularly seems to affect patches where I have altered tunings. So, I'm interested to see if this is just me, and I'm missing some little trick in my set up, or if others experience the same, and if they do, why can this not be solved as part of the software/firmware update? -
Hi there! I'm an owner of Helix rack, controler and mission pedal. That works great. To complement this, I purchased a year ago Helix Native to have that also. Presently, it's at version 1.82. I wanted to update it to a higher version, possibly 3.10 if I may, but for the life of me I can not find anywhere a button or a menu where I can update the version already installed on my laptop. How is it done if it can be done at all? Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.

Hi, I've never had a an issue with any update until now. I backed up everything as suggested and the update failed. "Boot Failure. Entered Update Mode." I'm stuck. I uninstalled and re-installed all Line 6 Software and tried to restart my Helix. It shows 3.10 as the version number, but once POST finished, I get the Boot Failure message. Any advice?
