  2. Ok, here's the deal, On my main preset, I'm trying to send à midi cc command per snapshot (command center, instant 1, midi cc). I program each snapshot with a different value (0 - 7) and then save the preset. At this point everything works fine and helix will send CC commands at each change of the snapshots. BUT, if I happen to make any further changes in the command center (i.e. footswitch assignment) and then save the preset again, all the differents values, which I adressed per snapshot, now become the same, therefore not sending any midi command out (since there is no longer a different midi cc value between each snapshots). I can reprogram each snapshot individually with the different cc values I want and then save again and everything works again, I just think it's a tedious process each time I do a minor change in the command center... Is there a way to overcome this behavior?
  3. Hi, Unboxed my helix LT today and started making presets. I'm having problems assigning the tap tempo switch. If I tap the tempo the light starts blinking in time but the delay tempo does not change. I can only change the tempo manually in the delay block in the preset. (preset wich i made) Couldn't find anything in the manual about this. There are factory presets where this does work, only how?? Anyone? Thanks in advance, grtz antonio
  4. Hi there, I am desperately trying to find an answer, but I don't find anything in the forum. Please excuse if there is an explanation already somewhere - So, I am using the Edit software for my HD500X, which is great. - I have a sound with three foot-switches assigned to an FX (FS1-FS3) - FS4 is still unassigned - I went to the tap "FX" and added an effect I like - Now I want this effect to be assigned to FS4 --> See image attached I cannot find any solution. If I go to "Controllers" I don't find this effect but I find the unassigned FS4... Very grateful for your help, thanks
