Hi, I was wondering if anyone noticed a change of the sound when updating from 2.10 to 2.11. I'm playing through headphones and I'm hearing a noticable increase of highs after the update (which I wouldn' like at all). Also some loss of dynamics. I did't change anything an globals set to the values I had before (alwas make some notes before updating). Global EQ is off. I'm not sure if it's just me or has there been some changes that affect the sound? Thanks

Hello, In this post I am asking anyone who had the random spontaneous model changes problem with their Variax guitar, and found the solution to your problem, and that solution was NOT "sent it to an authorised Line 6 repair facility", to post me the solution that worked for you. I've already read all the posts about flashing the firmware and trying different cables. I'm looking for success stories on this problem. I want to know if anyone actually fixed this problem permanently.. by doing some tech work on the guitar... and how you did it. Thanks for your help.

Hi guys, I'm having a strange problem with my HD400. The thing is it randomly turns up or down any of the FX1, FX2, FX3 knobs of the "Smart FX" controls and the reverb knob too. It can be seen in the screen when it happens. I'm not quite sure what causes it, but I suspect that it has to do with the footswitches. Maybe hitting them a little harder than necessary causes this failure. Does anyone knows if it can be solved or fixed?

Hello. I am having a problem similar to the one I posted about before. I am unable to make changes to the wah audtion rate (to 69%) on any of the customtone presets that I download. When I try the "send/recieve" after making the change, I do "save as" also but the wah audition rate always goes back to 100%. I'm not really sure if the Line 6 FBV Control software can help with the changes either. I don't see anywhere to adjust the pedal values. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it. **** Sorry. I accidentally posted this twice somehow.**** Hello. Whenever I use Spider IV Edit to make changes in my presets, The changes are not being edited in my amp. The connection is good between the amp and the PC, the software recognizes my amp, my amp has latest update, etc... I send/recieve the change once it is done but when I shut down the program and disconnect the CAT cable the presets on the amp stay as they were. I have tried looking in the help file and I have looked online and I am just stuck. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it. Thanks,(\m/(>.<)\m/) Steven D
