  1. I would be grateful if you could confirm if my configuration is correct to use my simulations correctly. MY TEAM: POD HD500X POWERCAB 112 PLUS 1- My POD HD500X is connected to the POWERCAB 112 PLUS through the L6 LINK ports of both units (I understand that, in this way, the data transfer is done digitally). 2- The MODE setting of the SETUP: OUTPUT page is selected in Studio / Direct. Is it the right selection or should I select Combo Power Amp or Combo Front? 3- I select an PRE AMP MODEL (for example the Brit J-800 Pre) Is the selection correct or should I select the full amplifier version Brit J-800? 4- I select a CAB MODEL (for example the 4x12 Brit T-75) Should you not select any CAB MODEL and select a Speaker Mode or a User IR Mode on the POWERCAB 112 PLUS? Should I select a CAB MODEL in the POD and also a Speaker Mode or a User IR Mode in the POWERCAB 112 PLUS? Should I select a CAB MODEL in the POD and also FLAT MODE (Speaker emuation is disabled) in the POWERCAB 112 PLUS? If you use Speaker Mode or User IR Mode on the POWERCAB 112 PLUS, could you change them automatically, according to the preset used on the POD HD500X, via MIDI cable? 5- At POWERCAB 112 PLUS, currently, I select FLAT MODE and Voicing LF Solo ((LF Raw). Is the MODE and Voicing adequate? Thank you very much for your time. Enviar comentarios Historial Guardadas Comunidad

  3. Spider Remote Android Connection Troubleshooting While app/amp connections of Spider Remote on iOS are relatively simple, on Android, USB connections to devices like Spider V are more complicated. Not only are some Android devices wholly incompatible with USB host mode (required for connection to Spider V), some are only partially compatible, or exhibit bad behavior under some circumstances. Furthermore, there are important permissions-related actions that you must take, in order to enjoy the best user experience, and to ensure that firmware updating via Spider Remote Android works correctly. This guide assumes you have at least Spider Remote v1.0.2, so please make sure you have the latest version before proceeding. Testing the Device for Compatibility with USB Host Mode If an Android device does not support USB host mode, it cannot connect to Spider V amps. If you are having trouble connecting to your amp, the first step should be to run one of the free Android applications that will test a device’s compatibility with USB host mode. For example, the application USB Host Diagnostics has thus far proven to be entirely accurate. Here’s a link to download that app. https://play.google.com/store/search?q=usb%20host%20diagnostics&c=apps&hl=en Giving the Proper Permission to the Device To make your Android device work with your Spider V amp, you must first give permission. To carry out this action when the amp is first connected; the following dialogue box will appear. You then check the box ‘Use by default for this USB device’ and then press OK. Problems with Termination on Some Devices On certain devices, such as the Galaxy S6, we’ve seen some trouble with the app and amp connection. It manifests itself as the app crashing and temporarily losing USB capability. Dealing with Troublesome Devices Unfortunately, not every Android device can be tested. Problematic devices generally fall into one of two categories. 1. A connection is not possible. In this case, the device almost definitely does not fully-support USB host mode. Unfortunately this is out of Line 6’s control. If you think you have USB host mode, please run the USB Host Diagnostics app mentioned above. 2. Connections are possible, but the device’s USB port sometime ‘hangs’. This behavior might be noticed as the inability to charge the device after a successful prior connection, or even the inability to access it from a desktop computer. In this case, you are most likely experiencing the situation above described in ‘Problems with Termination on Some Devices’. Here are some best practices to minimize the issue. If you find yourself in this state, it is necessary to restart the device. Some devices may require a hard-restart of the Android, the method of which may vary among manufactures. On such problematic devices, and in the case where you must force-quit the Spider Remote application, you should also first sever the connection between the Android device and the amp. Do this by either powering off the Spider V, or by removing the USB cable. Once the amp connection is severed, if will be safe to force-quite the application. Note that the app will briefly display (at the top of the screen) ‘Device Not Connected’ when the connection is severed, and also when the device is not connected and the user presses the USB icon in the action bar.
  4. Français Deutsch Application Q: What are the presets on my Spider Jam amplifier? A: Please be aware that the user presets are identical to the Spider III, and the Song/Artist presets are very similar to the Spider III. The Spider Jam user presets are the 36 user-programmable presets (banks 1-9, A-D). The Artist/Song presets location cannot be saved, but you can modify and/or store these settings in the 36 user-programmable presets. If you would like to return your unit to the original presets, please perform a factory reset. Q: How many song and/or drum loops are included on the Spider Jam? A: There are 71 song jam loops (arranged by tempo), and 81 drum loops (also arranged in tempo) totaling 152 pre-recorded song jams. Q: I noticed that some of the Artist/Song Presets from the Spider III are not present on the Spider Jam? A: Yes, some of the Artist/Song Presets from the original Spider III release were not included in the Spider Jam release, due to space restrictions (please compare the two lists for clarification). Q: Are there any video tutorials I can view to learn how to use the Spider Jam? A: Q: Are the song guitar presets (i.e. 70s sounds) accompanied by backing tracks of those songs as well? A: No, all of the backing tracks on the Spider Jam are original compositions written and performed specifically for the Spider Jam playback. If you want to play along with the actual songsyou have a couple options. You can connect your CD or MP3 player into the jack to play along with tone song, or you can convert the song to a 44.1/16 bit mono wav file and install the song on your unit using the SD Card. Q: How can I change the tempo of the pre-recorded patterns, and will it change the pitch? A:In the original version of the Spider Jam (Version 1.04), the tempo of the pre-recorded patterns could be changed by using the Tempo / Pitch control wheel, which also changed the pitch of the patterns in ½ step increments. Go to the second page of song/drums to access this control. The pitch adjustment can be made while recording and the playback will reflect the pitch changes. Spider Jam Version 2.0x allows the change of tempo without changing pitch. See pages 43 and 44 of the Spider Jam Manual (rev. C or later) for more details. Q: Does the Spider Jam have a drum machine or are the patterns pre-programmed? A: All of the songs and drum patterns in the Spider Jam are actual performances and not re-programmable. Q: Are the songs and drum tracks mixed to the center or are they spread into a stereo image? A: All of the audio of the pre-recorded tracks are centered, creating a dual-mono image that will appear in both the left and right outputs either on the headphone outputs or the RCA outputs. The center imaging allowed twice as many to tracks to be included on the Spider Jam songs. Q: Can I change the pitch/speed of the CD/MP3 input jack as well? A: No, the CD/MP3 input pitch cannot be altered by the Spider Jam. Q: How can I transfer my recorded loops from my Spider Jam to my computer? Can I use an SD-card to store/transfer my songs from the Spider Jam to my CPU? A: There are stereo RCA outputs on the back of the unit to export your Pod/CD quality audio into your favorite recording device. The Spider Jam version 2.x and later can transfer 44.1K/16 bit mono .wav files to and from your computer. The SD-card slot can be used to upgrade the Spider Jam version 1 to version 2. Please see the update link below to update an earlier Spider Jam unit. Q: How long can I record on the Spider Jam and what is the recording format? A: You can record for up to 24 minutes in the .wav format (this is the only format used on the Spider Jam) Q: Can the Spider Jam recorder work as a loop sample to be used on the fly like a Line 6 DL-4? A: Yes, with the exception of the reverse mode looper. Q: Can the Spider Jam aux input and the guitar input be used at the same time with the same guitar tone? A: Yes, by holding the record/send button for two seconds and selecting the Aux Input assignment - turn the select knob to 'mixed with guitar'. Q: Can I use a different amp sound when I use two guitar inputs (i.e. the main instrument and aux inputs) on the Spider Jam? A: No, but if you leave the aux input on a clean tone you could use the mic channel to get a different sound. Q: How can I record processed AND unprocessed guitar straight from the Spider Jam into a recording program? A: You can record processed guitar into the main instrument input and unprocessed into the auxiliary input, but not at the same time. Q: Is there a 'vocal eliminator' so I can jam with my CD/MP3 input without the vocals getting in the way of my incredible shredding? A: No, but that usually doesn't stop people from shredding. Setup/Connections Q: What can I connect to the Spider Jam? A: Guitars, Microphones, Basses, Acoustic Guitars, CD players, headphones, home stereos, P.A.s. Q: Is there a direct out on the Spider Jam? A: There are stereo RCA outputs on the back of the unit with CD quality (44.1K, 16 bit) audio output. Q: Is the CD/MP3 input stereo or mono? A: The CD input is stereo, which you can use a standard 3.5mm TRS cable with. This will allow you to hear your CD/MP3 input in "true stereo" when using your Spider Jam with headphones. Q: How is the signal routed when in performance mode on the Spider Jam? A: The guitar is routed to the 12" speaker, and there is no guitar signal routed to the RCA jacks (but the song output is). Q: Which Line 6 floor controller(s) can I use with the Spider Jam? A: We recommend the Line 6 FBV series Shortboard or the FBV Express, although the FBV works as well (be aware that the amp 1&2, stomp 2/3 buttons, tremolo, and favorite channel buttons will have no effect). The FBV2 pedal will only move the presets up and down and will not control any of the recording functions. Q: When I connect my FBV Shortboard Mk II, the function 2 button has no effect? A: The Function 2 button has no effect on the current version (2.09) Spider Jam firmware. Q: Can I connect an external pre-amp (i.e. Line 6 POD) to the Spider Jam? Can I connect the Spider Jam into a PA system of home stereo? A: You can connect an external preamp into the CD input or the Aux input of the Spider jam, and connect the RCA outputs of the Spider Jam into a PA or stereo system by using the RCA outputs. Q: Does the Spider Jam have an effects loop? A: There is no effect loop on the Spider Jam amplifier. Specifications Q: Is the SD memory card slot user accessible on my Spider Jam? A: The SD memory card slot can be used to update the Spider Jam firmware and transfer wav files between the amplifier and a computer (see below for the update information). Q: Does the Spider Jam come with the SD memory card? What is the maximum/minimum size to the SD card to be used with the Spider Jam? A: The Spider Jam does not include an SD memory card, and the maximum size to the SD card to be used with the Spider Jam is 2 Gigs of RAM. Q: How can I get a cover for the Spider Jam? A: The Spider Jam has the same dimensions as the Spider II 112 and the Spider III 75 combo amp, and can be purchased at the Line 6 store link below: Line 6 Store . Registration/Warranty Q: What is the warranty on the Spider Jam? A: *the warranty on the Spider Jam is twelve months from the date of purchase. Q: How can I register my Spider Jam? Registration Troubleshooting/Service Q: How do I perform a factory reset on my Spider Jam? A: The factory reset for a Spider Jam is to hold down the settings/tone button as you turn on the power and hold the button for 5-8 seconds. Q: I am noticing a lot of noise on my recorded guitar and/or aux input tracks (either on preformance or playback)? A: If the mic/aux input compression and/or EQ controls are set to high levels (above 6 db), this may affect the guitar palyback levels as well. Please return to the compression or EQ settings to "normal" levels or perform a factory reset to avoid the noise. Q: I am noticing clipping and or popping sounds on my backing tracks? A: Some backing tracks are louder than others and may clip. If you notice clipping occuring you can lower the song/drums playback level until the clipping is no longer heard. A: There is no quick fix to solve this situation, but some end users have had success by installing a higher quality video card. Q: I am not able to get my computer to recognize the Line 6 device? - Plug your Line 6 device directly into the back of the computer. If you are on a laptop, try multiple USB inputs (as many laptops will route keyboard/mouse functions through a USB port, reducing the bandwidth). - Check out the following driver installation documents: USB Driver Installation: Mac USB Driver Installation: Windows Q: I am experiencing latency, how can I reduce it? A: The normal way of reducing latency is to reduce the buffer size. Buffer sizes of 512 will allow latency of about 10ms when using 44.1kHz. You usually set buffer sizes to a power of 2, so if you wanted to lower the latency, try 256, 128 or even 64. If you experience too many dropouts, you will need to increase the buffer size again. 6. To cut a long, frustrating story short: I got to the bottom of this issue of the Helix "not being connected". I tried a mixture of my PC and several laptops. But on my PC I kept getting either no connection or a brief connection that dropped out. After much lost time, I suddenly recalled the instructions about not using a USB hub. On my PC there were USB connectors on the front of it and several on the back of the PC on the main card. As soon as I plugged into any USB connector on the back, everything worked perfectly, every time. So I reckon the USB connectors on the front of the PC were essentially configured as an extension USB "hub". I just wanted to post this, so that if it saves anyone the frustration and wasted time that I went though (eliminating operating systems and all sorts of other stuff) then great.
  7. We have seen a variety of behaviors where the app is indicating a good connection to the hardware, but it is not actually communicating with the hardware. Music will still stream from the device, but the app will not connect to the hardware. This can happen following a firmware update over Bluetooth or during any app connection. In order to avoid or resolve this, we suggest the following: Android For AMPLIFi 75/150/TT, first try a factory reset on the AMPLIFi on to clear out any of it's stored Bluetooth settings. To perform a factory reset, press and hold the master volume knob and the 'tone' button as you power on the unit. turn the amp off and press and hold both the 'Tone' and Master Volume down as you power on the amp. Keep holding them both down until you see the LED's around the Master Volume light up. For AMPLIFi FX100, turn the pedal off and press and hold both the 'Tap' and Master Volume down as you power on the pedal. Keep holding them both down until you see the display light up with '01'. Next, on your mobile device, make sure that the AMPLIFi Remote app is fully closed and not running in the background. Within your mobile device Bluetooth settings you will need to delete any entries for AMPLIFi if possible. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the AMPLIFi for 2 seconds until it begins to flash. It should then shortly appear within your mobile device Bluetooth settings, tap on it to re-pair. Try again to launch AMPLIFi Remote app, tap the menu button located in the upper left of the app and look to see if it shows that your AMPLIFi is 'connected' or not. iOS For AMPLIFi 75/150/TT, first try a factory reset on the AMPLIFi on to clear out any of its stored Bluetooth settings. Next, on your iOS device, make sure that the AMPLIFi Remote app is fully closed by double tapping on the home button and swiping up across the AMPLIFi Remote app. Than within your iOS device Bluetooth settings you will need to 'forget' any entries for AMPLIFi, by tapping the 'i' to the right of any AMPLIFi entry and than tapping 'Forget this device'. Than press and hold the Bluetooth button on the AMPLIFi for 2 seconds until it begins to flash. It should than shortly appear within your iOS device Bluetooth settings, tap on it to re-pair. Than try again to launch AMPLIFi Remote app, tap the menu button located in the upper left of the app and look to see if it shows that your AMPLIFi is 'connected' or not. If your AMPLIFi is detected by the AMPLIFi Remote app, the next thing to do is to apply the available firmware update using the instructions found at the link below: http://line6.com/sup...ifirmwareupdate
  8. Hi, Today I got a problem with my Spider Classic 15. I was playing with my cellphone connected to it via jack on the CD-MP3 input. Then a friend tried connecting it to a laptop via the same connector, and the amplifier started hissing heavily. If I touch with my fingers the end of the jack the noise is lower, but its still there. If I do this and at the same time I touch the strings of the guitar it dissapears. If someone is holding the end of the jack while I'm playing it sounds perfect, but I don't know why, and what to do to repair it. Someone has any idea of what happened and what should I do?
  9. Hello everyone! I am wondering, if there is a way to use usb-interface while editing my patches in pod hd. Please, take a look on the scheme I drew: https://2.downloader.disk.yandex.ru/preview/d5273195fd5c327879d31dc73dd54ca87673a70ce179525cba8f0271ed650d34/inf/TBwbN1hIDpW1khBkar4de-IFiC4WnK6FcoTIEK6bD5Q5fXm9B-fDG1cFLLJN5lx8lC1mHcivs-ZJVtKMFE8eXw%3D%3D?uid=33198966&filename=scheme.png&disposition=inline&hash=&limit=0&content_type=image%2Fpng&tknv=v2&size=1280x776 I want my pc apps not to use POD as soundcard except POD's editing software. So my scenario is simple. I want to play a guitar while playing some songs in any player app. I can edit patches to create a sound I like. But for master volume control I use my usb-interface (just because it stands on the desk, it is more comfortable than to bend to the floor where POD is). When I'm done playing, I just turn the POD off and continue browsing/playinggames/watchingporn using usb-interface. So, again, I need to connect POD's USB to PC only for editing patches, while all the playback is performed by usb-interface. Sorry for my english and my explanation. If there is any simpler solution, I would be glad to hear it. Thank you!
  10. Helix Native requires an internet connection to initially authorize the license both for the demo and full versions. Once the license has been authorized, you no longer need an internet connection to use the software. But, because of how the authorization works, you do need an NIC (Network Interface Controller) enabled. Do not disable your network card (wireless or LAN) when running Helix Native. If you want run without an internet connection, just unplug your LAN cable or disconnect from your WiFi network.
  11. Hi All, I'm still running Helix firmware and software 2.0. That's because I don't want to go through all the fiddling I will need to do when I move to 2.10. If it ain't broke................After Xmas for that update I think - gigs and things in the way for now. I can connect the Helix to my Laptop - Mac Powerbook (OSX 10.11) - everything works fine (yes, Helix editor 2.00.1) However when I connect it to my Workstation iMac (OS Sierra) - the editor (yes 2.00.1) does not see the Helix (Helix device not connected) Now if I open GarageBand on that same iMac, I get full Audio interface from the Helix - so I can record and I hear everything through the Helix Headphones - and I assume through the XLRs if I had anything connected! So clearly my mac audio see the Helix - just not the Helix app?? Tried a few USB ports just in case.................... Any suggestions - I get by with the laptop - but it's another thing on a crowded desktop and I like the big screen!!
  12. Anyone on MacOS 10.11.4 experiencing this? I know the Helix is connected and I know that the Mac sees it but the editor (almost always) shows this message. I opened a ticked with Line6 Support but I figured I would check if anyone else is having this problem and have a workaround.
  13. Hi my name is Benjamin. Recently I purchased a POD Studio UX1 and set it up all properly, authorized it and got latest drives and everything. I used it with my guitar and Pod Farm 2.5 and it was amazing. I want to record my keyboard. It is a Yamaha DGX-640. Basically I have found out to record the actual sound you have to use the two line inputs at the back of the interface. So today I went and bought a 1/4inch jack male to 2 1/4inch female jacks splitter because the keyboard only has one jack. I plugged 2 1/4inch jack cables into the splitter which was connected to my keyboard and the other ends connected to the line inputs on the UX1. I also plugged in my headphones through the direct monitoring port. Basically no program including Ableton live and audacity picked up the sound, and I couldn't hear the keyboard through direct monitoring with headphones as well, all I could hear was static... I'm not sure what I am doing wrong? Should I have gotten the actual cable and not the splitter or? Please anyone help because I would absolutely LOVE to record my keyboard in HD quality. Thanks Ben. :)
  14. Hello, I was recently given an amazing Amplifi 150 for X-Mas along with an Alesis SR18 drum machine. My question is connecting the two in order to use the backing drum tracks while playing through the amp. I love all the features of the Amplifi but I'm at a loss as to the options I have for connectivity. The Alesis has an instrument input and multiple outputs, however If i run my guitar to the drum machine then into the Amplifi, when changing to channels clean/distortion etc.... won't the drums also be affected? if its any help I've also got the FBV Shortboard MKII to go with the amp. any help would be very much appreciated. thanks for your time.
  15. Hi there, I bought back in 2013 an UX2 Audio Interface, and until then, everything was working perfectly. Today I plugged the USB cable into my computer and these two red dots went on and off indefinitely... I tried other USB ports on my computer, desinstalling/reinstalling drivers, monkey, license manager, etc...Nothing does. I get this error code with LINE 6 MONKEY : "There was an error communicating with your device. If it is a USB device, try disconnecting then reconnecting the USB cable. Error: (Code 80007103) Failed read from firmware." Of course, disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable doesn't solve the problem... If anyone can help me out with this issue, I will be soooo grateful Here are my specs : Windows 8.1 LINE 6 POD UX2 Studio audio interface Intel Core i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz 8.00 Go RAM x64 bits system (please, excuse my english spelling) Thank you in advance :)
  16. I want to connect my korg rack mount tuner to my pod pro hd x without going through the front and having a cable going from inside my rack to the front of the pod pro. The tuner has an input and output 1/4" jack on the back of it. Is there a way to connect the korg tuner to the back of the pod pro x though one of the numerous input/output jacks? and then I can just connect my guitar to the front of the tuner. Thanks for any help on this matter!

  18. Does anyone else find this amp and app (on android) remotely usable. I lose data connection every 5 minutes. Tone search is no better - I can search for a tone find it, and try it again 2 minutes later and get "no tones found". I'm spending more time rebooting my phone or restarting the amp than I am actually playing anything.
  19. 20. Hello, I've recently bought a Flextone III XL. I'd like to deep edit some presets and bought a generic usb - midi cable. It seems that the cable recognizes both the usb port and the midi interface. However Line 6 Edit and Line 6 Monkey don't recognize the Flextone. I tried in two computers with Windows XP and Windows Vista with the same result. I think I've read all the topics concerning to this issue and I've installed L6 Edit with and without Java. Any trick or advice? Thanks and regards
  21. Hello guys! I'm interested in this nice product, but still have a question about the input of Sonic Port. As I can connect with a electric guitar/ acoustic guitar with pickup/ or a synth, but is it possible to use a microphone with it? I think on the item site, line6 doesn't mention it. Just wonder if anyone knows that :) Thank you all!
  22. Hi, I have been using an Shortboard mkii with Snow Leopard on my 2007 MacBook Pro to control Ableton Live for about a year. I have recently upgraded to a new MacBook Pro running Mavericks. To get the Shortboard to function properly, I have to plug it in to the USB AFTER the Mac has booted THEN run Monkey. If I don't do this, Live 9 sees the Shortboard but won't receive messages from it. Weird - never had to do that on my old setup. According to Monkey, I have the latest firmware and software. The Shortboard is being plugged directly into one of the Mac's USB ports - I am also using a USB keyboard controller and a USB Korg Nano Kontrol but these never caused problems with my Shortboard on my old setup. Any one else having this issue? Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Many thanks, Steve
  23. Hello Everyone, I would like some help with a connectivity problem I have with my JTV-69 and my POD HD500. Separately, both the JTV-69 talk with the Line 6 Monkey through their respective USB interfaces. The HD500 I just plug in, it gets recognized and updates to the latest versions of software/firmware. I do the same with my new JTV-69 and I follow the procedure of using the USB interface that came with the guitar. I put in the VDI end of the cable to the guitar, I put the connector end into the USB hub and run the hub line into the USB. I also put in the battery, plug in a 1/4" plug into the end to activate the battery and push on the selector knob and the light comes on. Line 6 Monkey recognizes the guitar and updates everything to the latest and greatest. The problem I have is that the HD500 VDI connection will not power the JTV-69. I positively click in both ends and I get zero power or connectivity. I also tried re-installing the battery, clicking in a 1/4" plug and turning the guitar on, but it still doesn't get recognized by the HD500. There is no signal going to the HD500 or visa versa. I've read about cable problems here, so I purchased another Line 6 VDI cable for the guitar and tried that. Same "no talkie". I also tried (2) known good ethernet cables and they didn't work either. For kicks I tested the L-Ion battery and my multimeter read over 8V. I then tested the VDI output from the HD500 and found 2 pins giving 3.15V each and 1 pin giving over 8V. I then clicked in the original VDI cable to the HD500 and tested the pin outs at the other end. I again found 2 pins with 3.15V and 1 pin with over 8V. I tried this on all of my cables and it appears they are all the same. So, have I confirmed the HD500 has a hot connection at the VDI output or should there be more pins hot? Does the problem lie with my new JTV-69 on the power circuit side since it will talk with the Line 6 Monkey and with the Variax Workbench when connected through the guitar USB interface when using the battery? Is there a procedure I missed to make the HD500 talk with the JTV-69? I did set the inputs for Channel one to Variax, then tried Variax+Guitar, and Variax+Guitar+Aux, etc., on all of the iterations and put channel 2 to "same". I tried Global and Preset (forcing the program) and got nothing. Basically, the JTV-69 will not power up or be recognized by the HD500. Here are some screen shots: On the last screen shot, I manually added the Variax and the icon showed up, but no connectivity occured. I do have the extended warranty on the JTV-69, so I could send it in for a check up...it's just a pain. Anyone have any similar experiences or any answers? Thanks for any help, Bill (carreracats)
  24. Hi, I have a Spider Valve 112 and a floorboard plugged in. The pedalboard has decided to stop working. I have tried the floor board in another amp exactly the same and also my pod and it fires up ok. Im assuming this means I have a faulty connection at the amp end. Anyone know the voltages I should be getting down the pins of the FBV connection? Heres what I got...white/orange - 0v, orange - 9v, white/green - 0v, blue - 0v, white blue - 9v, green - 3.2v, white/brown - 3.2v and brown 0v. Is a faulty socket a likely cause or could this be software related? Just checked output on pins on the pod and its 8.2v on every pin. (the pedal works fine on this) I appreciate any help in this matter. Cheers
  25. Hello, first I would like to appologize, I am asking this on behalf of a friend whom is Japanese, and can not make this post in English. Please understand I am translating this for him. I'm 99% sure I am getting this all correctly. I am familar with audio equipment to some degree, but not to the extent that I can help my friend. He is using MacBook/Apple 10.6.8 and is running Logic Pro 9, and would like to use POD FARM 2 together with the MBV EXPRESS MKII. When he launchs POD FARM as a stand alone application while the MBV is connected he is able to effect the controller pedal and see the desired affect inside the application. i.e. He physically moves the pedal with his foot and the pedal is seen as moving inside the app. However, when he launches the plugin within Logic, the physical pedal does not affect the pedal within the plugin. Instead on whatever track is slected the fader is manupilated. It seems that Logic is recievcing MIDI data instead of the POD FARM plugin. Thank you for your help!
