  1. Hi musicians i have recently start working with POD FARM 2.5 some software and it’s a great plugin. When I decided to send my waves to friends who like to mix they ask me to also send them with the dry signal. I’ve searched quite a bit around the Webb and I haven’t found an explanation on how to either switch between dry/and wet OR how to record both. I’m using Cubase 5.0 ( I know it’s old but works for me) so I’m taking a chance to see if anyone here knows how to do that. cheers tim
  2. Hello there! Im having an issue and i was wondering if anyone can help I have a ux1 and the podfarm 2.59/windows 10/ cubase 5.1 as stand alone, pod farm is working without any problems. Im recording dry signal with the ux1 in cubase 5.1 , so i can later adjust the sound however i want with the podfarm vst for some reason out of nowhere what ever i choose from the vst plugin , cubase just plays the recorded dry signal, its like Cubase is bypassing the plugin. ive tried re-installing everything but still didnt work..im sure its something very simple but i cant see it at the moment thanks in advance
  3. Ok so a lot of people may be going "derp what an idiot" but i am really clueless with this right now! (bare in mind i use the POD HD PRO rack unit and don't have a pedal board/controller) Does anybody here know how to get cubase 5 to midi control the POD HD PRO tone channels so when I hit play on Cubase it automates the guitar tones to change on the POD HD PRO unit e.g....(Bar 1 - 17 clean tone) then when it hits bar 17 the tone changes to "overdrive" for example. I assume that it's done using a midi channel on cubase and using the key editor to punch it in but i'm pretty lost with it, so any information would be great! (step by step process and equipment needed would be ideal) CHEEERS!
  4. Hello everybody, I have been wanting to boost the quality of my recordings, so I was wondering if it is possible to have the following set up guitar >>> POD X3 Live >>> POD Farm 2.5 >>>> Cubase? What i want to do is to use the hardware in the X3 Live *WITHOUT* the sound emulation options, plugged into the computer. The sound emulation would come from the POD Farm 2.5 and, with Cubase 5 on, i would be able to record my stuff. Have the sound come from theguitar, use the X3 Live has an interface to transmite the sound signal into my computer, mod it in POD Farm and then be able to record it with cubase. thank you very much for the help.
